Given the nature of the project grant (testing and learning), you do not have to provide a budget and project plan against which you will have to regularly account for your spending. However the Alliance would like to understand how you intend to explore the question and who you will involve. In your response you could include some of the following:

The Experiment

What ideas or approaches do you want to try out with this grant?
What’s new or unproven about the ideas/approach you want to test?
How will you make sure that young people are at the centre of decision-making and reflection?

The Action/Adaptation Cycle

How will you start or begin to test your idea?
How will you know what’s working and what isn’t?
When will you pause and reflect? (remember this grant has a short timeframe)
How will you adapt based on what you learn? Give an example of a decision-point where learning might change your direction.
What support might you need to do Action Learning well? (facilitation, documentation)
If you are applying as a collaboration - please explain how you will work together and who will lead in which area.
