The Civic Power Fund is looking for an intergenerational group of people to join the Alliance for Youth Organising.
This is a paid position with real decision-making power.
We want to shift power and money to youth organisers and to do it, we need you!
We estimate that being a member of the Alliance will take up around 12 days a year. The post is paid £350 a day. Meetings will be a hybrid, with some happening in person and some online. All travel expenses will be covered. We are asking for an initial commitment of two years.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as part-time Youth Organising Lead.
This is a crucial role, which will work alongside our new Alliance for Youth Organising to help the 7-9 member Alliance plan and execute their decisions.
The role will also spend time in key youth organising spaces, building networks and aiding convening where it is of value to the young people we serve.
Finally, the role will provide secretarial support to the new Funder Collaborative for Youth Organising; a space for funders to share lessons about resourcing this work and create new funding partnerships for youth organising.
Salary is £35,000-£38,000 per annum pro-rated to 3 days a week.
